Please note we do not offer refunds. You can alter your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your slot.

You will receive a confirmation email of your booking, plus reminder emails before your booking where you will also receive a padlock code to access your booking.

When leaving the field, please secure the field behind you and lock the padlock, even if someone is waiting. This ensures everyone who uses our field has paid for their time slot.

We offer 25 or 55 minute bookings to ensure a 5 minute time buffer between users.

This will reduce stress for any reactive, nervous or anxious dogs and ensure they have a relaxing, stress free time at the field. Please be respectful to other field users.

Do not arrive early or overstay your time slot.

If you would like to bring more than 9 dogs to one booking, please contact us in advance of making your booking.

FAQs

  • You can choose from a 25 minute or 55 minute session. This allows for a 5 minute changeover buffer, so you shouldn’t meet the people using the field before or after you.

    We rely on people to NOT arrive early and leave promptly.

  • Once you have booked and paid for your slot online, you will receive a booking confirmation email. You will receive a reminder email the day before your visit with the padlock code for the gate.

    Please note, if you are the first or last user of the day, you will also need to unlock/lock the outer gate with the same padlock code.

  • You can either choose to park outside the field on the hardcore area (please do not block the crop field access) or you can pull in from the road, open the gate, then drive into the field. This means you can shut the gate and let your dog(s) straight into the field without the need for a lead.

  • Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds. You are able to reschedule your booking with 24 hours notice for free.

  • There is a large shelter and bench seating for you to use. There is a water supply for dog drinking water and dog washing.

    There are no toilets at the field.

    A dog poo bin is provided but please take your rubbish home with you.

  • We have filled the field with a variety of natural obstacles (such as logs and tree stumps) and other items such as tractor tyres to keep your dog entertained. Bring your dog’s favourite toys with you, or give them the freedom to sniff and explore the field at their own pace. There is a shelter and seating available for you.
